我只知道 Nolan 曾經說過他不打算使用企鵝這角色 －
I'd be more excited to have Philip Seymour Hoffman in the film than to have the Penguin. There are certain characters that are easier to mesh with the more real take on Batman we're doing. The Penguin would be tricky.
而 Philip Seymour Hoffman 表明沒有人就企鵝這角色的事聯絡過他 －
"Some friend of mine told me he read that," he said. "First I heard of it."
Hoffman says no one has ever called him, but it’s possible that someone wants him to play the part and the rumour is being floated to capture his interest. If so, he isn’t saying yes. But he isn’t saying no either.

另外，Aaron Eckhart 最近大潑冷水，表示 Nolan 未必一定會拍 Batman 3 －
He (Nolan) never said he's going to make another one. I'm sure they drove the Brinks truck up to his house and dumped money on his lawn. But I think Chris wants to go out and make other movies, too. And he should. He's an independent filmmaker at heart. He's got a lot of ideas.

Beaks: Nolan's also got THE PRISONER somewhere in development. Maybe there would be something for you in that?

TDK 在全球 IMAX 影院的票房突破五千五百萬美元
登上 IMAX 票房一哥的寶座
因為成績理想，WB 和 IMAX 方面都有意在未來安排 TDK 在 IMAX 戲院重映
不過此事只是初步構思，尚未有定案

又有新的推出日期傳出 － 12 月 16 日，和 9 日相差沒多少天…
由於目前關於發售日期的傳言甚多，又幾乎都沒什麼憑據…
